Luca Bindi is a passionate chef with a strong culinary foundation from the Istituto Alberghiero in Montecatini Terme. His career growth includes significant experiences in prestigious kitchens across locales like Gardone Riviera and Punta Ala, as well as in luxurious 5-star hotels. These experiences have honed his skills and culinary vision, leading to his current role as the Executive Chef at "4 Elementi". Luca is known for his creative flair, skillfully blending tradition with innovation, creating refined and high-quality dishes for his patrons.

Giovanni is an experienced guide who offers exceptional bespoke guided tours and transfers throughout Italy. Giovanni grew up in Naples, Italy, and developed a love for travel. He lived in South and North America, including 15 years in Tampa, Florida where he met his wife, Loreal, a Tampa native with Cuban heritage, who also loves to explore the world. They moved to Lucca, Italy, and noticed a lack of high-quality transportation services. Together, they created The Tuscan Wanderer. They pledge to every customer to share their beloved Italy in a way few can experience, using their shared local knowledge and passion for Italy's history, culture, and way of life.
